I worked for a couple of local practices where I gained experience of preparing VAT returns, year-end accounts, self-assessments and payroll. I am currently in the middle of my ACCA studies, but I would also love to become a Chartered Tax Adviser in the near future.
In my spare time I love to explore the Peak District, and I’ll never say no to a bike ride. My family and I share the same passion, so on weekends we’re always on the lookout for new paths and adventures to take in this fascinating national park, whilst making incredible memories at the same time.
DISC Profile
DISC focuses on individual patterns of external, observable behaviours and measures the intensity of characteristics using scales of directness and openness for each of the four styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientious. Using the DISC model, it is easy to identify and understand our own style, recognise and cognitively adapt to different styles, and develop a process to communicate more effectively with others.
