After finishing school, I made the decision to continue my education at Newcastle College and study Electrical Installation. Upon completing my course, I decided it was something I didn’t see myself doing as a full-time job, so I took a few years out of education to figure out my true passion and enjoy myself. During this time, I took on a managerial role at Burger King to further my skill set and personal development. After lockdown, I knew it was time to start working towards a career, which is when I decided to look into accountancy. After a few weeks of searching for the right opportunity, I saw an apprenticeship vacancy here at Premier Tax Solutions, where I was lucky enough to get an interview, followed by a job offer. I now work here 4 days a week with a fantastic team and an exciting future ahead of me.
In my spare time I enjoy going to the pub with my dad or my friends to watch the football. Saturdays are spent either in Burslem or wherever Port Vale are playing that day (my favourites are Manchester or London based games where it’s easy to get the train and enjoy my day to the fullest potential). When I’m not watching the football, I also love going to live gigs and festivals.
